Jinn & Demons in the Quran:-
Long before Muhammad and his Quran, the Jinn were the spirits that scared and embellished the imagination of the simple minded nomadic pagan Arabians.
Muhammad, like almost everything else regarding pagan Arabian traditions, beliefs and fetishes, 'ISLAMIZED' them also and incorporated them into his Cult Belief System.
Muhammad actually created a world full of a 'specie' parallel to that of the Muhammadan Muslims, so much so, that Muhammadan Sharia law, incorporates rules of inheritance, regulations, judgements, and opinions about Human-Jinn sexual relationships, as if they were of the same 'substance' as Man. There is even a special Sura in their name; al Jinn Number 72.
Ar-Rahmaan 55:56 Wherein both will be those (maidens) restraining their glances upon their husbands, whom no man or jinn [yatmithhunna] (has opened their hymens with sexual intercourse) before them.
The following is an abridged evaluation of the 'world of the Jinn' that anyone can read on the internet from Muhammadan sources such as Jinn: According to Quran and Sunnah.
It is left up to the intellect of the reader to evaluate this world view that Muhammad created for his followers:-
The jinn are NOT fallen angels. They were created from a smokeless flame of fire. The first recorded jinn to be disobedient is Iblis. Disbelieving, disobedient jinn and humans are known as shayateen (satans).
Ar-Rahmaan 55:15 He created man (Adam) from sounding clay like the clay of pottery 16 And the jinns did He create from a smokeless flame of fire.
The Jinn are beings created with free will, living on earth in a world parallel to mankind. The Arabic word Jinn is from the verb 'Janna' which means to hide or conceal. Thus, they are physically invisible from man as their description suggests. This invisibility is one of the reasons why some people have denied their existence. However, (as will be seen) the affect which the world of the Jinn has upon our world, is enough to refute this modern denial of one of Allah's creation.
The origins of the Jinn can be traced from the Qur'an and the Sunnah.
Thus the Jinn were created before man.
Al-Hijr 15:26 And indeed, We created man from sounding (dried) clay of altered black smooth mud. 27. And the jinn, We created aforetime from the smokeless flame of fire. 28. And (remember) when your Lord said to the angels: "I am going to create a man (Adam) from sounding clay of altered black smooth mud.
As for their physical origin, then the Prophet (saws) has confirmed the above verse when he said: "The Angels were created from light and the Jinn from smokeless fire". It is this description of the Jinn which tells us so much about them. Because they were created from fire, their nature has generally been fiery and thus their relationship with man has been built upon this. Like humans, they too are required to worship Allah and follow Islam. Their purpose in life is exactly the same as ours.
Ad-Dhariyat 51:56 "I did not create the Jinn and mankind except to worship Me"
Throughout history man has always had a deep attraction for the supernatural and the unseen. The existence of a world parallel to our own has always fascinated people. This world is commonly referred to as the spirit world, and almost every set of people have some concept of one. With some people, these spirits are no more then the souls of dead people- or ghosts. With others, spirits are either the forces of good or the forces of evil - both battling against one another to gain influence over humanity. However, both of these explanations are more in tune with folk tales and fantasy. The true explanation of such a world comes from Islam. Like every other way, Islam also claims to explain this realm of the unseen. It is from this realm that Islam explains to us about the world of the Jinn. The Islamic explanation of the Jinn provides us with so many answers to modem day mysteries. Without the knowledge of this world, the Muslims would become like the non-Muslims and be running around looking for any old answer to come their way. So, who or what are the Jinn?
Jinns can thus be Muslims or non-Muslims. However, due to their fiery nature the majority of them are non-Muslims. All these non-Muslim Jinns form a part of the army of the most famous Jinn, Iblis- the Shaytan. Consequently, these disbelieving Jinns are also called Shaytans (devils).
As for the Jinns who become Muslims, then the first of them did so in the time of the Prophet (saws) when a group of them were amazed by the recitation of the Qur'an. Allah orders the Prophet to tell the people of this event:
Al-Jinn 72:1-2 "Say (O' Muhammed): It has been revealed to me that a group of Jinn listened and said; 'Indeed we have heard a marvellous Qur'an. It guides unto righteousness so we have believed in it, and we will never make partners with our lord'"
In many aspects of their world, the Jinn are very similar to us. They eat and drink, they marry, have children and they die. The life span however, is far greater then ours. Like us, they will also be subject to a Final Reckoning by Allah the Most High. They will be present with mankind on the Day of Judgement and will either go to Paradise or Hell.
Al-Hijr 15:18 "And We have guarded it (the heavens) from every accursed devil, except one who is able to snatch a hearing and he is pursued by a brightly burning flame"
Al-A'raf 7:27 "Indeed he (Iblis) and his tribe watch you from a position where you cannot see them"
Maybe there is a Jinn sitting in the corner of your room right now, or even one behind you. If so, then how will you deal with this creation of Allah? Learn Islam properly and you will be able to deal with all of Allah's creation - and not just the Jinn. By becoming true Muslims and followers of Islam, the fear of Iblis, Jinns and anything else will leave us - nothing will touch the Believer unless Allah wills.
*** The reader should be made aware of the following extremely relevant facts:
1 The concept of the Jinn was a pagan Arabian one before Muhammad ISLAMIZED it.
2 The concept of Satan/Shaytan was plagiarized by Muhammad - like most of the others in his Quran - from the traditions of the Jews and Christians.
3 The Torah does not mention either the Jinn or Satan as part of God's creation; the concept of Satan is post Biblical.
4 The word SATAN is Hebrew in origin meaning ADVERSARY - and definitely NOT Arabic - and it first appears in the Bible regarding King Hadad of Damascus who was Solomon's adversary/satan as in I Kings 11:14. This word appears also in
I Samuel 29:4; II Samuel 19:23 & Numbers 22:22.
5 The idea that Satan is an evil entity contadicting the will of the Almighty is no where to be found in the Hebrew Bible.
6 In the course of time - in the tradition of the Jews and later the Christians- Satan came to mean pre-eminently the Adversary, the incarnation of all evil, whose thoughts and activities are devoted to the destruction of man.
7 And last but NOT least, in reality, Satan is mankind's Evil Impulse, the lower passions which hinder man's pursuit of the nobler things in life.
In Legends of the Jews (Ginzberg I:63), regarding extra canonical tradtions of the Jews, that preceded Muhammad by several centuries, it is reported that Satan
- the greatest of the angels with twelve wings instead of the usual six - refused to bow down to Adam when God instructed him to do so because of his envy; saying :
" Thou didst create us angels from the splendour of the Sekhina (the spirit of the Almighty), and now thou dost command us to cast ourselves down before the creature which Thou didst fashion out of the dust of the ground!"
Satan and the other angels are endowed with the ability to consume their victims with fire. The Quran uses this story almost verbatim in its verses
(2:34; 18:50) ***
22:52 Never did We send an apostle or a prophet before thee but when he framed a desire Satan threw some (vanity) into his desire: but Allah will cancel anything (vain) that Satan throws in and Allah will confirm (and establish) His Signs: for Allah is full of knowledge and wisdom:
*** The Quran is obviously wrong yet again, since there is not a single incident in the whole of the Hebrew Bible wherein there is mention of any of the Hebrew Prophets being seduced by Satan.
Muhammad CREATED this verse in his Quran to cover up the fact that he, in a moment of weakness, allowed OTHER gods to be associates with Allah thus making him (Muhammad) a MUSHRIK.
He naturally accused the eternally invisible, but easy to blame perfect entity, Satan, of having put the famous/ infanous SATANIC VERSES on his lips ***
15:27 And the Jinn race We had created before from the fire of a scorching wind.
55: 31 We shall dispose of you, O ye two dependents (man and jinn).
55:39 On that day neither man nor jinn will be questioned of his sin.
72:1 "Say (Muhammad): 'It has been revealed to me that a group of Jinn [demons or devils] listened (to the Qur'an). They said, "We have heard a really wonderful recital (of this Qur'an)2 It gives guidance to the Right [Path] and we have believed therein: We shall not join (in worship) any (gods) with our Lord."
72:5 And lo! we had supposed that humankind and jinn would not speak a lie concerning Allah--
72:13 "So, since we [Jinn/Devils] have listened to the Guidance [of the Qur'an], we have accepted it [Islam]: and any who believes in his Lord has no fear, either of a short (account) or of any justice
81:24 Neither doth he withhold Grudgingly a knowledge of the Unseen. 25 Nor is it the word of an evil spirit [Satan] accursed.
Tabari 6:107 "Satan Cast a False Qur'an Revelation on the Messenger of Allah's Tongue."
*** This statement is in reference to the SATANIC VERSES that Muhammad was allegedly fooled into uttering by Satan.
The question that any reader should ask is, how many other verses were 'revealed' to Muhammad by Satan that we do not know about? **
Sahih Muslim HadithHadith 6631 Narrated byAbuHurayrah
Allah's Apostle (peace be upon him) said: There are one hundred (parts of) mercy of Allah and He has sent down out of these one part of mercy upon the jinn and human beings and the insects and it is because of this (one part) that they love one another, show kindness to one another and even the beast treats its young one with affection, and Allah has reserved ninety-nine parts of mercy with which He would treat His servants on the Day of Resurrection.
Muslim 6757, Narrated Abdullah ibn Mas'ud, similar narration 6759 by 'Aisha, r.a.
Allah's Apostle said: There is none amongst you with whom is not an attache from amongst the jinn (devil). They (the Companions) said: Allah's Apostle with you too? Thereupon he said: Yes, but Allah helps me against him and so I am safe from his hand and he does not command me but for good.
Bukhari 4.533, Narrated Jabi bin 'Abdullah
The Prophet said, "Cover your utensils and tie your water skins, and close your doors and keep your children close to you at night, as the Jinns spread out at such time and snatch things away. When you go to bed, put out your lights, for the mischief-doer (i.e. the rat) may drag away the wick of the candle and burn the dwellers of the house." Ata said, "The devils." (instead of the Jinns).
Bukhari 5.199 "'Who informed you Prophet about the Jinn [Demons] when they heard the Qur'an?' He said, 'A tree informed me about them.'
*** Of course it had to be a TREE ( NOTE: Trees have no vocal chords) since not even Gabriel could have stooped to such low level intellect as to create a parallel 'wold of the Jinn' with that of human beings***
Sahih Al-Bukhari HadithHadith 9.650 Narrated byAisha
Some people asked the Prophet regarding the soothsayers. He said, "They are nothing." They said, "O Allah's Apostle! Some of their talks come true." The Prophet said, "That word which happens to be true is what a Jinn snatches away by stealth (from the Heaven) and pours it in the ears of his friend (the foreteller) with a sound like the cackling of a hen. The soothsayers then mix with that word, one hundred lies."
Sunan of Abu-DawoodHadith 39 Narrated byAbdullah ibn Mas'ud
A deputation of the jinn came to the Prophet (peace be upon him) and said: O Muhammad, forbid your community to cleans themselves with a bone or dung or charcoal, for in them Allah has provided sustenance for us. So the Prophet (peace be upon him) forbade them to do so.
Abu Dawood, Narrated Abu Sa'id al-Khudri
Muhammad ibn AbuYahya said that his father told that he and his companion went to AbuSa'id al-Khudri to pay a sick visit to him. He said: Then we came out from him and met a companion of ours who wanted to go to him. We went ahead and sat in the mosque. He then came back and told us that he heard AbuSa'id al-Khudri say: The Apostle of Allah said: Some snakes are jinn; so when anyone sees one of them in his house, he should give it a warning three times. If it return (after that), he should kill it, for it is a devil.
Abu Dawood 1046, Narrated Ali ibn Abu Talib
Ali said on the pulpit in the mosque of Kufah: When Friday comes, the devils go to the markets with their flags, and involve people in their needs and prevent them from the Friday prayer. ...
Sunan of Abu-DawoodHadith 5088 Narrated byAisha, Ummul Mu'minin
The Apostle of Allah (peace be upon him) said to me: Have the mugharribun been seen (or some other word) among you? I asked: What do the mugharribun mean? He replied: They are those in whom is a strain of the jinn.
*** They are a HYBRID of Man/Jinn***
Muwatta, 49.21
...Shaytan does not open a locked door or untie a tied knot, or uncover a vessel.
*** Why not, since they can even have sex with humans? ***
Al-Muwatta Hadith 54.30
Malik related to me that he heard that Umar ibn al-Khattab wanted to go to Iraq, and Kabal-Ahbar said to him, "Do not go there, amir al-muminin. There is nine-tenths of sorcery there and it is the place of the rebellious jinn and the disease which the doctors are unable to cure."
Muwatta 54.33
...The snake stirred on the end of the spear and the youth fell dead. No one knew which of them died first, the snake or the youth. That was mentioned to the Messenger of Allah said, "There are jinn in Madina who have become muslim. When you see one of them, call out to it for three days. If it appears after that, then kill it, for it is a shaytan." "'
Tirmidhi 350
Allah's Messenger said: Don't cleanse yourself with dung or with bones for that is the food of your brothers from amongst the Jinn. [Transmitted by Tirmidhi, Nasa'i with this exception that he did not make mention of: The Food of your brothers from amongst the jinn.]
Tirmidhi 861, Narrated Jabir ibn Abdullah
Allah's Messenger came out to his companions and recited Surah ar-Rahman (55) from the beginning to the end, but they remained silent. Thereupon he said: I recited this before the Jinn on the night of Jinn, and their response was better than that of yours. When I came to these words: `Then which of the favours of your Lord do you deny?' They said: Our Lord, there is nothing that we deny of Thy favour; to Thee is praise due.
Al-Tirmidhi HadithHadith 1019 Narrated byAbuSa'id al-Khudri
The Prophet (peace be upon him) used to seek protection against the Jinn and the evil eye till surahs al-Falaq and an-Nas were revealed. After they were revealed he stuck to them and discarded everything beside them.
Transmitted by Tirmidhi.
Al-Tirmidhi HadithHadith 4563 Narrated byAbuSa'id al-Khudri
Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him) used to seek refuge in Allah from jinn and the evil eye in men till the Mu'awwidhatan came down, after which he made use of them and abandoned everything else.
Tirmidhi and Ibn Majah transmitted it, Tirmidhi saying this is a hasan gharib tradition.
Al-Tirmidhi HadithHadith 5218 Narrated byAbudDarda,
Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him) said, "The sun does not rise without having on either side of it two angels who call out and cause all creatures but men and jinn to hear, 'O people, come to your Lord. What is little and sufficient is better than what is abundant and causes negligence.'"
AbuNu'aym transmitted this tradition in al-Hilyah.
Al-Tirmidhi HadithHadith 6040 Narrated byAisha
When Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him) was seated we heard confused sounds and boys' voices, so he got up and saw an Abyssinian woman dancing with the boys around her. He said, "Come and look, Aisha," So I went and placed my chin on the shoulder of Allah's messenger and began to look at her over his shoulder. He then said to me, "Have you not had enough? Have you not had enough?" I began to say, "No," in order that I might look where I was with him. But Umar came along, and when the people ran away from her Allah's Messenger said, "I am looking at the devils of jinn and men, who have fled from Umar." I then went back.
Tirmidhi transmitted it, saying this is a hasan sahih gharib tradition.
*** It is a fact that No Holy Book ever uses the Devil and his associates as witnesses to its veracity, except ONLY in the Quran and Muhammadan traditions is this paramount.
Only in the 'holy' Quran can one find that DEMONS, JINN and DEVILS are considered BROTHERS (IN ISLAM) of HUMAN BEINGS, except among the followers of Muhammad.
This fact alone speaks volumes about the abnormal behaviour and thought processes of many of his 'true believers' ***
